The Township of Upper St. Clair reports the death of a woman following an accident along the Morton Ravine Trail in Upper St. Clair's Boyce Mayview Park. 

The woman, of South Fayette, succumbed to her injuries early Friday morning, June 18, 2021, after being struck by a fallen tree branch on the Morton Ravine Trail. She was hiking on Thursday evening, June 17, 2021, with her husband when the accident occurred. The man was seriously injured.

The Township of Upper St. Clair offers deepest condolences to the family of the South Fayette couple.
